Mobile breathing rate sensor: Eq02+ LifeMonitor

It’s difficult to step back and assess your breathing rate. You can’t see it on a clock or watch, and feeling the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale isn’t always enough.

The eq02+ LifeMonitor is a device that has been designed with this in mind to help monitor your breath for you. It will allow you to get readings of both inhalation and exhalation rates, helping you keep track of how the stress in your life might be affecting your health daily. While there are other products like Fitbit, which also monitor heart rates, these typically only measure heart rate variability (HRV) rather than respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA). RSA provides more information than just the regular heart rate variability measure.

The eq02+ LifeMonitor can be used at home, in an office setting, or anywhere else convenient to set up the device around your breathing area. Measurements are taken every second and recorded over time to provide an accurate overview of how often you inhale and exhale (inhalation/exhalation frequency), how long each inhalation takes (inhalation time), and how long each exhalation takes (exhalation time). You can also track how your stress levels affect your breathing rate with this device, as it has a built-in sensor to monitor heart rate variability – a more accurate measure of a person’s general level of stress.

The eq02+ LifeMonitor includes the sensor used to measure breath rates, along with an associated app that lets you view all recorded readings from another device such as a smartphone or tablet. A wireless dongle allows the data to be transferred from this sensor to the other devices via Bluetooth. The device can last up to seven hours of continuous use on one charge.

The new LifeMonitor EquiQ+ is a monitoring system for all people who need to stay active and healthy. It tracks your vital signs, such as ECG’s heart rate monitor or respiratory rates. At the same time, you sleep- the data will be sent wirelessly via Bluetooth Smart technology, so no cords are tying down this wearable gadget! You won’t even feel like it on with our lightweight design, thanks in part to being able to use up to 48 hours worth of battery life per charge without having any issues due to only needing an integral power supply rather than one that needs recharging every few days through plugging into a wall outlet. Not only does it make things easier, but also more convenient too when traveling long distances between locations where electricity isn’t always available.

With this type of device, you can always monitor what your body tells you!

It’s a system that can be used by professionals, athletes or just for people who want to know the real status of their bodies.

It’s not a cheap product, by the way, like the ones you can find on Amazon, for example, but we’re talking about the most important thing you have, your health. You can talk to your doctor to know if a system like this could benefit you or your loved ones.
